  • We do not share or publish your designs with third parties, and they are automatically deleted from our system within 90 days after order completion.

   EverlastingCraftStudios LLC, USA, with production and inventory in the Europe, operates this online store.
2. Orders 
3. 1. All products are made to order based on user-submitted designs. We reserve the right to decline any design that violates copyright, trademark, or moral standards.
4. Pricing & Payment
5. 1. All prices are shown in EUR or USD depending on your region. Payments are processed securely via Stripe
      
6. Shipping
7. 1.  Orders are shipped weekly from the USA (USPS) and EU (DHL/FedEx). Delivery times vary by destination.
8. Custom Products
9. 1. Custom-made items (such as personalized leather stamps) are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
      
10. Right of withdrawal
11. 1. Under EU law, custom-made goods are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right.

       EverlastingCraftStudios LLC assumes no liability for copyright or trademark violations caused by user-submitted designs.
    2. All uploaded files are used exclusively to create the ordered product and are never reused, resold, or shared.
       By submitting your design, you grant EverlastingCraftStudios LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use that file solely for the purpose of manufacturing your order.

Return & Refund Policy

Custom Orders
All our products are custom-made based on your design. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless: 

If approved, a replacement or partial refund will be arranged.
We do not cover shipping costs for returns unless the error is ours.

Shipping Policy

Processing time:

• USA orders: shipped every Friday via USPS

• EU Orders Shipped every day from our Europe facility

Production Time:

• Each custom leather stamp is produced within 5 – 10 business days after design approval.
